Manager: Stuart Marshall – 

My name is Stuart, most of you will have seen me dashing around the site. I have worked for Baxterstorey for over 5 years providing services within the café, the Restaurant and also for hospitality.

I really enjoy my job and like to ensure that the service we provide is both friendly and professional.

Out of the working hours Id love to say that I have many hobbies but the reality is I have 2 kids which keep me both entertained and busy, taking them to football mainly, but also swimming and rugby. When I do have free time, I like to go out walking, I usually incorporate a few drinks and lunch into this time, so you could say that pubs are part of my hobby too!

Head Chef: Dave

My name is Dave and my role onsite is the Chef, like Stuart, I split my life, working and looking after my children, its fun and challenging (and occasionally chaotic) but I wouldn’t change it for the world (perhaps I could take up walking and drinking like Stuart!)

Rest of the team: Rachel

My name is Rebecca, but I like to be known as Becky. I am the Café Supervisor – so I make sure you get served. I also make sure you get your coffees, just the way you like them. Ive worked in the Hospitality Industry most of my working life and I love it. I enjoy the laughter we have in the café. I used to work in pubs before joining Baxterstorey (perhaps that why I get on with Stuart and Dave so much!

In my own time I like to socialise with friends, obviously this has been impossible lately but hopefully the New Year will bring back so of this fun.
