We are delighted to have a restaurant for food and drink at RAC.
The Hub Stretford
We have a barista coffee bar which serves freshly made coffee, various syrups, flavoured teas, and a selection of homemade cakes. Grab & Go fridge for sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, fruit pots also, our hot counter providing a variety of hot breakfast and lunch selections.
Our lunch menu changers weekly, feedback always welcome, please feel free to request any dish you like, and we will try to incorporate onto our menus. We also have a wide selection of hot snack items on offer daily.

Monday -Friday
7:30am – 4:00pm
Our barista coffee bar serves freshly made coffee, flavoured teas, homemade baked cakes, Grab & go fridge for sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, fruit, boxed salads, selection of cold bottle and canned drinks, a selection of fresh fruit & Paninis.
Breakfast: 8:00am – 10:00am
Traditional breakfast counter which offers a variety of cooked breakfast items, freshly toasted bread, beans, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, cheese on toast & a selection of pastries & Danish pastries.
Lunch: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
We have a daily offering of freshly baked pastries (meat & vegetarian options available), pasties & pies, chips & gravy, baked potatoes with a choice of toppings & a selection of paninis. See our weekly menu for our daily specials.

The Stretford Team
Paul Skeer, Chef manager
Been working here for around 20 years now. Have 3 sons and a stepson so personal life can get pretty busy! Responsibilities include, menu planning, ordering, cooking and day to day running of the Stretford Hub. I can be found in the kitchen or front of house from 6.30am should you require anything.
Michelle Bulman, Vending operative/service assistant
Working at RAC Stretford for 2 years. Responsibilities include looking after the vending onsite and assisting front of house. I am onsite from 7am, usually you will find me at the vending machines or on the till.
Karen Shore. Service Assistant.
I have been working here 6 years. My job roll includes serving on the till, making coffees, keeping the kitchen nice and clean. I can be found at the till from 10.00am – 4.00pm daily.

When I’m not working, I love getting out walking & photography & have a lifetime following of Liverpool FC,
Love Sunday roast, accompanied by a good bottle of wine & a day’s work isn’t finished until I’ve had a large Vodka & Tonic
Head Chef – Paul
I have been working here at the RAC over 25 years ago,
I have a wonderful wife & have 2 amazing daughters & in my spare time I like ruining a good walk by hunting golf balls I’ve lost.
I love singing so when I get the chance, you’ll find me at Karaoke bars around the county with a pina colada in hand
I follow Manchester United so as you can see, I have no idea about football.
My favourite food is Crispy pancakes & turkey twizzlers
Service Assistant – Donna
I have worked in catering at the RAC for over 3 years but When I’m not at work I love spending time with my Granddaughter. My favourite food is Mushrooms & Fried Onions but prefer having a glass in my hand, as long as its full!
Vending Maestro/ Serving Assistant – Gary
I’ve been with the RAC since January 2021 but have worked in catering for over 24 years.
I have 2 cats, 2 terrapins & 1 turtle, the newest addition to my family is my Rabbit called Oodle.
I enjoy watching anime, playing video games & love disappearing into a virtual world when I have the time.
My favourite foods are ALL of them, I also enjoy a pint of scrumpy!

Chef Manager – Mark
I started working here in January 2020, having been a chef for over 40 years, my favourite food is fish which I enjoy eating and cooking with a nice glass of red wine or a good pint of real ale.
I enjoy playing crown green bowls, after giving up my cricket after over 40 years playing, I have just taken up woodworking and enjoy making different things, we have two dogs, 4 rabbits, and a budgie (who can’t fly) Ha Ha
Sous Chef – Lisa
I have been working at the RAC for over 7 years, I enjoy cooking at home or going out for a curry with my better half. When not cooking I’m looking after her 2 dogs and my grandchildren, I also like my garden and relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of something bubbly.
Service Assistant – Margarette
I have worked at RAC for over 20 years as a cleaner before joining the catering team 5 years ago.
My favourite dish is a roast Lamb dinner, I like to drink Cinzano & Lemonade or a nice Hot Chocolate. When I can go, I do a bit of Line dancing and Zumba, also really like my gardening
Vending Operator – Lynsey
Newest team member, I like looking after 2 dogs and I also have a mad cockatiel. When not working I enjoy gardening & watching WWE wrestling, I’ve been to America on several occasions to see WrestleMania my favourite wrestler is John Cena. I also enjoy a good steak and anything wet in a glass to follow.
