The Restaurant – Hull
Day Time
The restaurant opens for breakfast and lunch offering a wide selection on hot and cold options freshly prepared on site using the best locally surced produce, alongside a range of cakes, treats, confectionary, crisps bean to cup coffee and chilled drinks .
Opening Times
Breakfast: 8:30am – 11:00am
Lunch: 11:30pm – 2:30pm

The Hull Team - Day Time
Chris Tretton, General Manager has been with Baxterstorey for 8 years. In that time she has worked on several prestigious events and was runner up in the Chef of the year Awards 2016. She is a passionate ‘foodie’ with a keen eye for detail.
Adie Addison, Assistant Manager has been in catering since leaving school. Adie served in the Army for 12 years and has cooked all over the world. He also has worked in some top hotels in London. He is passionate about food and is keen to learn and to share his knowledge to the rest of the brigade.
