Joe, Neil and Johnathan

Group Head Chef – Joe (top) is our experienced head chef who has worked in various different locations across London. Himself & Jon worked together in their previous location Amazon. What a dream team!

Commis chef – Neil (middle) is our amazing commis chef who we recruited from Brigade where he completed an apprenticeship. We work closely with Brigade who are a social enterprise helping to provide support and work for vulnerable and homeless people. Neil is a brilliant asset to our team.

Head Chef – Jonathan (bottom) is our head chef at VBR and is very talented in the kitchen and online as he has a growing following on his Instagram as he uses the social media platform for food blogging. We feel very lucky to have such a great duo.

Eniko, Thiya & Giuseppe

Giuseppe Tessaro – Giuseppe (middle) is our longstanding fantastic team member and fun fact wants a career change to be a chef. We will be supporting Giuseppe onto our Baxterstorey Chef academy once its up and running again. You never know in the next year or so you may see him in whites.

Eniko (right) – Meet Eniko our fantastic, hard working assistant manager for VBR. Eniko has worked in several Baxterstorey sites and is very knowledgeable within the hospitality industry. She is always on hand at VBR if you have any questions or concerns.

Thiya (left) – Thiya is our lovely and hard working kitchen porter. He is our newest team member and we are very lucky to have him on board at VBR.

Patrick

Meet Patrick, our fantastic supervisor for EG. Patrick has been working for Baxterstorey for a long time and used to be part of our internal agency and kept getting requested everywhere he went so we are very lucky to have him.

Martin & Reyner

Martin (behind, third from left) – is our latest great barista to join our team and has settled in nicely. Martin used to work as a barista in Bristol and now is here with us at EG. You will mainly see Martin in the coffee bar so if you see him when you order your coffee, go and say hi.

Reyner (front left) – is our helpful and friendly kitchen porter for EG. Originally from Spain, Reyner is a great addition to our amazing team.

Jade and Nadia

Group Manager- Jade (bottom) used to be a chef before changing career paths and is now the Group manager of Penguin random house. You will see her at both locations and she will answer any questions you have about our service. Come say Hi

Barista- Nadia (top) is our Excellent Barista and competed in the Barista championships in 2019 resulting in the top 10. She is hoping to compete again when it returns. Come check out her fantastic latte art plus you will always see her smiling.

Mark has worked at Frating as Chef Manager for 17 years and has a passion for fresh food. He previously worked in London as head chef before moving to the area.

The Frating Team working with Mark and providing your catering services on site are Karl ou evening chef. Karl has worked at the site for several years.

Front of House Team-  Sally, Nicki and Shelia our front of house team have been part of the team for over 5 years and are always there with a smile and a welcome. They love to talk to you and help provide the service you expect
