Head Chef – Jim Jawor
Jim has worked for us for over twelve years, initially starting as a kitchen assistant then to chef and upwards into the ranks of Head Chef in one of our large locations. Jim loves a challenge and interacting with our customers as well as being creative so the Chef Shack was the perfect opportunity for us to share Jim with the local community!
Jim is also joined in the Chef Shack by different members of our team looking for a break away from our day to day business.
