Nikki Hayward, a recruitment specialist, has re-focused her attention to support the industry and offer her knowledge and experience to individuals whose employment has been impacted by the pandemic. Nikki is offering practical support including preparing chefs for interviews, creating a positive mindset and confidence in their abilities by coaching and mentoring, as well helping them understand their transferable skills that may help them take different employment journeys during this time.
Nikki will also be able to support chefs with CV’s and cover letters to be able to tailor themselves to new and different opportunities during this difficult time.
